P#36 – Gvardme

GvardMe is an Android application for parental control and mobile monitoring. Parents activate the app with a secret code obtained from the GvardMe website, linking the child’s device to their account. Once activated, the app runs background services to continuously transmit location and status data, ensuring parents can supervise usage and respond to emergencies.

The app can send emergency alerts, notify parents of connectivity issues, and handle errors such as exceeded device limits, missing tariffs, or disabled location providers. It auto‑starts after boot, monitors network connectivity, and uses vibration and wake locks to ensure alerts are delivered. With a structured interface including splash screen, activation, settings, and main activity, GvardMe provides a reliable way for parents to keep track of their children’s devices and safety.
